Login issues

1. Confirm you are on /auth/signin.
2. Use Dev Login (dev only) or check server logs for magic link.

Worker not running

1. Start the worker: npm run worker.
2. Check logs for failed events.

Email stub

• Magic links appear in the server terminal logs.
• Look for a line starting with [EMAIL].

Common errors

• Database connection failed: check DATABASE_URL and Postgres.
• Port 3000 in use: stop the process or use the new port.

What you should see

• /admin/events shows failures and requeue buttons.
