Welcome to Hiring Autopilot. By accessing or using https://ats.aib-testing.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About the Platform

Hiring Autopilot is a job board, applicant tracking system (ATS), and talent network that connects job seekers with employers and staffing agencies. Features include job listings, online applications, candidate profiles, interview scheduling, and automated communications.

Program Description

By opting in, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Hiring Autopilot and the employers and staffing agencies using our Platform. Messages may include:

New job opening alerts matching your skills and preferences
Interview invitations and scheduling confirmations
Application status updates
Orientation and onboarding reminders
Recruiter follow-ups related to open positions

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your job search activity and recruiter outreach. You may receive up to 3 messages per day. You will only receive messages relevant to your job search.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Hiring Autopilot does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from our program. You may re-enroll at any time by signing in to your account and updating your communication preferences.

Consent is Not Required

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of using the Platform or of being considered for any employment opportunity.

Supported Carriers

Major US carriers are supported including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or applications.
Use the Platform to harass, spam, or harm other users.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Platform.
Violate any applicable law or regulation.

5. Employer Responsibilities

Employers and staffing agencies using the Platform agree to comply with all applicable employment laws, including equal opportunity, non-discrimination, and data privacy regulations. Employers are solely responsible for the content of their job postings and for their hiring decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, software, and text, is the property of Hiring Autopilot or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Hiring Autopilot does not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that job listings will result in employment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hiring Autopilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including lost employment opportunities or data loss.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
